{"id":84379,"date":"2006-03-23T01:52:14","date_gmt":"2006-03-23T01:52:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.feminissima.de\/?p=84379"},"modified":"2006-03-23T01:52:14","modified_gmt":"2006-03-23T01:52:14","slug":"artischocken-als-vorspeise-3-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/feminissima.de\/index.php\/2006\/03\/23\/artischocken-als-vorspeise-3-06\/","title":{"rendered":"Artischocken als Vorspeise  3\/06"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;.mal wieder G\u00e4ste oder nur das Beste..einladen..ein leichtes und feines Rezept..nur Mut ! <\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-image=url('images\/monet-heller.jpg')\"><font size=\"+1\"><\/p>\n<p>Artischocke sei das Gem\u00fcse der Saison!<br \/> hat FEMINISSIMA beflissen &#038; bildungshungrig wie immer! gelesen<br \/> und gibt das sofort an ihre sicher ebenso beflissenen<br \/> LeserInnen weiter.<br \/>Eine Vorspeise f\u00fcr den kommenden Fr\u00fchlingsabend!<br \/>..Und dabei auch soo gesund und <br \/>&#8230;wenn der<br \/>\n<br \/>\nDip nicht zu m\u00e4chtig&#8230;richtig &#8230;kalorienwenig&#8230;<br \/>Artischocken als Vorspeise  <\/p>\n<p>Kategorie:   Gem\u00fcse, Vegetarisch, Vorspeisen <\/p>\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n<p>(f\u00fcr 1 Portion)  <\/p>\n<p>2  kleine    Artischocken <\/p>\n<p>1     Ei, hartgekocht <\/p>\n<p>1  EL    Essig <\/p>\n<p>30  g    Kapern <\/p>\n<p>1     Knoblauchzehe <\/p>\n<p>4  EL    Oliven\u00f6l <\/p>\n<p>    Pfeffer <\/p>\n<p>    Salz <\/p>\n<p>1  EL Senf<\/p>\n<p>1  kleine Zwiebel<\/p>\n<p>\nZubereitung:   <\/p>\n<p>Die Artischocken etwa 20 Minuten in Salzwasser kochen. <br \/>Sie sind gar, wenn sich die einzelnen Bl\u00e4ttchen m\u00fchelos abziehen lassen. F\u00fcr den Dip Kapern und zerhacktes Ei vermischen, die Gew\u00fcrze und die kleingehackte Zwiebel in den Essig einr\u00fchren. \u00d6l und die Kapern-Ei-Masse hinzugeben und gut vermischen. <\/p>\n<p> Die einzelnen Bl\u00e4ttchen werden mit den Fingern abgezogen und in den Dip getaucht. <br \/>Das zarte Fruchtfleisch sitzt an den Blattinnenseiten.<br \/> So dringt man langsam zum Herz der Artischocke vor &#8211; dem geschmacklichen H\u00f6hepunkt. <\/p>\n<p>Also, scheint doch ganz einfach, diese k\u00f6stliche Vorspeise einmal selbst zuzubereiten&#8230;??<br \/>Dazu noch feines Baguette, wenn du willst, <br \/>und vielleicht&#8230;einen trockenen Ros\u00e9, gut gek\u00fchlt&#8230;<br \/>Stellt sich FEM zum Schnurren hinrei\u00dfend  vor&#8230;<br \/>dazu noch ein charmantes Gegen\u00fcber..<\/p>\n<p>und D\u00e4mmerung und Kerzen und Vollmond im M\u00e4rz, nein, der war schon&#8230;<br \/>Alles kannst du ja wieder nicht gleichzeitig..<br \/>haben ( wollen)..<\/p>\n<p>(wollen schon&#8230;)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;.mal wieder G\u00e4ste oder nur das Beste..einladen..ein leichtes und feines Rezept..nur Mut ! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-84379","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-femleben","entry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.0 -
